BWI Airport
Free Shuttle to Hotel
All delegates are encouraged to take the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport that is accessible to the BWI Marriott by free shuttle bus. Inbound passengers from either Reagan (DCA) or Dulles (IAD) will have to privately arrange their own pickup or pay their own Blue Shuttle.
Stay Longer
Hotel group rates are effective from June 30 to July 8 even if the conference will only be from July 3 to 5. This is to allow families or groups who wish to spend a longer vacation while in the nation’s capital region.
Free Parking
BWI Marriott offers unlimited parking spaces at no charge.
Washington DC
The hotel is accessible to the BWI airport by free shuttle. Free shuttle to the BWI Rail Station is also available from the airport. Weekday Marc trains will cost only $6 and weekend Amtrak charges only $12 to the DC Union Station where a Tourmobiles can take you to the important tourist destinations around the National Mall featuring the Smithsonian Museums.
Inner Harbor Tours
The BWI airport is also connected to the Light Rail System that can take you to Baltimore City Proper and the famous Inner Harbor for as low as $1.60. Check for harbor cruises and restaurant menus that offer crab feasts that Baltimore is noted for.
